※ 모바일 티켓을 미수령한 경우 행사 1일전까지 디엠 혹은 이메일, 안부글로 문의바라며,
모바일 티켓이 없다 하더라도 현장에서 성함, 연락처 확인으로 수령이 가능하오니
모바일 티켓 미수령을 이유로 환불기간이 지난 이후 취소 및 환불이 불가능합니다.
선입장 대기 공간은 오전 11시 30분 부터 스탭의 안내로 구성할 예정이며,
선입장 최초 입장 번호는 오전 11시 55분 추첨 예정이고,
선입장 개시는 정오 12시입니다.

+ 코로나 확산 방지를 위하여, 행사에는
코로나 확진자/감염 의심에 따른 자가격리자의 방문이 제한됩니다.
+ 만약 확진자/자가격리자가 이를 숨기고 행사장에 방문하는 경우 형사고발처리할 예정입니다.
(감염병예방법에 따라 1년이하의 징역 혹은 1000만원 이하의 벌금형에 처해질 수 있습니다.)
<환불정책>
티켓 구매 후 행사일 기준 3일까지는 전액 환불이 가능하오니 참고 부탁드립니다. (2023년 6월 28일)
행사가 임박한 시점 혹은 행사당일 환불은 응대 및 답변이 불가능합니다.

Age limit: None / Purchase limit: 4 sheets per person
Deposit deadline: Cancellation of purchase if payment is not made within 2 days
(In the case of purchasing a companion when delivering a mobile ticket

※ We don't accept applications for transfer, and please refund within the refund period.

The waiting area for advance admission will be organized from 11:30 a.m. with the guidance of the staff,

+ To prevent the spread of COVID-19, at the event
Visits to self-quarantine are restricted due to suspected COVID-19 cases/infection.
+ If a confirmed/self-quarantined person hides it and visits the venue, criminal charges will be dealt with.
(According to the Infectious Disease Prevention Act, you may be sentenced to up to one year in prison or fined up to 10 million won.)
<Refund Policy>
Please note that you can get a full refund up to three days after purchasing the ticket. (June 28, 2023)
Refunds cannot be responded or answered when the event is imminent or on the day of the event.

교환 및 반품 정보
- 상품을 공급 받으신 날로부터 7일이내 단, 가전제품의
경우 포장을 개봉하였거나 포장이 훼손되어 상품가치가 상실된 경우에는 교환/반품이 불가능합니다.
- 공급받으신 상품 및 용역의 내용이 표시.광고 내용과
다르거나 다르게 이행된 경우에는 공급받은 날로부터 3월이내, 그사실을 알게 된 날로부터 30일이내
교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우
- 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품등이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우. 단, 상품의 내용을 확인하기 위하여
포장 등을 훼손한 경우는 제외
- 포장을 개봉하였거나 포장이 훼손되어 상품가치가 상실된 경우
(예 : 가전제품, 식품, 음반 등, 단 액정화면이 부착된 노트북, LCD모니터, 디지털 카메라 등의 불량화소에
따른 반품/교환은 제조사 기준에 따릅니다.)
- 고객님의 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우 단, 화장품등의 경우 시용제품을
제공한 경우에 한 합니다.
- 시간의 경과에 의하여 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
- 복제가 가능한 상품등의 포장을 훼손한 경우
